make up the vast majority of our suppliers as well as other communities
such as Palestinian word carvers in Bethlehem (whose tourist market
was vastly reduced following the curfews), some of the UK L’Arche
communities and Latin American street children. All the monasteries
and communities earn revenue from each sale of their products.
As many of the religious orders are contemplative, and do not
have the money or time to advertise their special and spiritual
products, Spirit’s Gift assists them in reaching a wider
audience.
Purchasing spiritual items from Spirit’s Gift is safe and
secure. Your personal information including credit and payment
card details are encrypted using the latest secure sockets layer
(SSL) technologies, ensuring that your information cannot be viewed
by any unauthorised person.
In terms of credit and debit cards, Spirit’s Gift will accept
Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Switch and Maestro. We also accept cheques
(made payable to ‘Spirit’s Gift Limited’) or
postal orders. . Please note that we do not accept American Express
or Diners Club cards. We are also unable to deliver to PO Box
addresses.

Delivery of items usually takes an average 5 working days. However,
it could take up to 28 days depending on product availability.
Supplies of goods are subject to availability. If, occasionally,
a product is unavailable or has been discontinued, we will contact
you to discuss alternatives or a refund.
Spirit’s Gift does operate a gift order service for our
Congratulations Chocolate and Confectionery items. All you need
to do is 1) select the items you want to order, 2) pick an applicable
Congratulations or other card from the website 3) Email us the
short greeting of 50 characters or fewer, including spaces that
you want to send, together with details of the recipient. After
the gift has been dispatched, the purchaser is sent the invoice
by mail. Please contact us if you would like to utilise this service.
VAT is included, where applicable, on all prices on the website.
We are able to ship overseas although we are unable to ship some
heavy or fragile items such as glass candles. Please contact us
before ordering. We can then confirm delivery arrangements and
shipping charges. Nothing will be charged until you agree to these
shipping costs.
Our aim is that you should be completely happy with our purchases.
If any item fails to live up to your expectations, simply return
to us within 14 days and we will replace it or refund the price.
This guarantee is in addition to and not in substitution of your
statutory rights.
